First of all I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company. I initially sent out 17 mails to different companies requesting quotes for the installation of the aircon. Your company was the first to reply. Initially I was a bit hesitant to engage the services of a company in the JHB area and wanted someone closer to home. Your promptness in responding to my enquiries and obvious willingness to assist however changed my mind.
I would also like to inform you that the two gentlemen who installed the unit last week did an excellent job. My father who is a retired civil engineer was present during the installation and informed me if the professional manner in which they went about their task. Especially the meticulous manner in which they took care so as not to leave behind any pieces of wiring.I will definitely in future make use of your company when finalising the alterations to my home.
Could you please advise me of the outstanding amount as I am not sure whether there are any additional expenses that were incurred so as to enable me to effect the transfer today.
